Insurance claims are insurance in action and prompt attention by all parties is vitally important. When to File a Claim?

We recommend that in just about every instance claim notification be submitted as soon as you become aware of circumstances that may give rise to a claim. This is to mae sure that the insurer has the time to work through all information necessary to defend (if a liability or professional indemnity claim), or repairs can be authorized as quick as possible if a property damage or vehicle claim.
